Terms of Service

Effective and last updated 28 August 2026.

These Terms govern access to and use of BIDCHAMP (the “Service”), including the public leaderboard, listings, checkout, and the arena. By using the Service, creating a listing, or completing a payment, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. These Terms work together with the public Rules; where the two conflict, these Terms control.

1. Operator and contact

The Service is operated by BIDCHAMP (“we”, “us”). Legal notices and support: hello@bidchamp.lol.

2. What you are buying

A position on a public leaderboard, ranked by the total amount paid, according to the Rules. Listings are paid placements, not editorial reviews, endorsements, or independent rankings. A payment buys a place at the rank that amount can reach at the moment it settles — it does not buy traffic, customers, a guaranteed duration at any rank, or any other result. Anyone can pay more and outrank you at any time.

3. Rank is money, and only money

The higher total always ranks higher. Every fight shown in the arena is a visual replay of a result your payment already decided. Nothing on the Service is a game of chance, a wager, or a lottery, and no outcome is ever randomised.

4. Payments and no refunds

Checkout is processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not collect or store full card details. Amounts are priced in US dollars, subject to the minimums and maximums stated in the Rules. Ranking is a digital service that begins the moment payment is confirmed and the amount is written to the public board.

All payments are final and not refundable. Being outranked later, a rank falling off the rolling Today board, fewer clicks than you hoped for, downtime, or removal for breaking these Terms does not create a refund. By completing checkout you ask us to start this service immediately and, to the extent the law where you live allows it, you waive any statutory withdrawal or cooling-off period. Where a consumer right cannot be waived, we honour it. Chargebacks or reversed payments without a legally required basis are a breach of these Terms and may result in the listing being removed.

5. Listings and your warranties

BIDCHAMP has no accounts. Payment to a URL already on the board adds to that listing's total regardless of who submits it — see the Rules. By submitting a URL or completing a payment, you represent that:

  • you have the right to list that destination and send visitors to it;
  • the listing and destination comply with applicable law;
  • you are not impersonating another person, brand, or company;
  • the destination is not malware, phishing, or built to deceive visitors; and
  • any information you submit is accurate.

6. Our right to remove listings

We may refuse, recategorise, hide, or permanently remove any listing, with or without notice — including where we believe these Terms or the law may have been broken, a rights holder complains, or we think a listing creates legal, security, or reputational risk. Removal does not entitle you to a refund.

7. Fair use of listing metadata

To run the board we fetch and display publicly available information about listed destinations — names, descriptions, and favicons — solely to identify the listed site and show visitors where a paid ranking leads. We do not use that material as our own brand, and display of a third party's name or icon does not imply their endorsement of BIDCHAMP unless the lister is that rights holder.

8. Rights and takedown notices

If you believe a listing infringes your rights or is unlawful, email hello@bidchamp.lol with your contact details, the listing's page on BIDCHAMP, the destination URL, and a description of the problem. We may remove or restrict the listing while we review the notice.

9. No warranty

The Service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that click counts, ranks, or displayed metadata are perfectly accurate. Clicks shown are our own best-effort count and may differ from your own analytics.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to a payment is limited to the amount you paid us for the listing the claim concerns in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law where you live says cannot be limited.

11. Changes

We may change these Terms, the Rules, pricing, or the Service itself, and we may end it. If a change is material, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to BIDCHAMP's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, mandatory protections under the law of your own country of residence still apply and are not displaced by this clause.

13. General

If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, the Rules, and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement for the Service.
